1. Who provides the service

Vira Direct is operated by NetworkCore SAPI de CV, tax ID NET260727H94. Vira Direct lets you find charge points for electric vehicles, start a charging session and pay for it from your browser, without downloading an app or creating an account.

2. What Vira Direct does not provide

Vira Direct does not operate the chargers. Each charge point is run by its own operator, whose name is always shown on the charge point page and on your receipt. Availability, the physical condition of the equipment and whether it works are that operator’s responsibility.

3. Pricing

• The price per kWh is shown with tax included, before you enter a card.
• Any additional fee that applies is listed on the same screen.
• The price that applies to your session is the one shown to you when you started it, even if it changes afterwards.

4. Holds and charges

To authorise a session we place a temporary hold on your card. That hold is not a charge: it confirms the card has funds, and it caps how much energy the session can draw.

• When the session ends we charge only the energy consumed, which never exceeds the amount held.
• The difference between the amount held and the amount charged is released. How quickly it reappears on your statement depends on your bank.
• If the session never starts, we release the hold and you are not charged.

5. Ending a session

You can stop charging at any time from your session page. A session may also end because of the charger, the vehicle or the operator.

6. Receipts and invoices

We email your receipt when the session ends, and it stays available under your session reference. If you need a tax invoice, request one at hello@vira.direct with that reference and your tax details.

7. Queries about a charge

For any question about a charge, write to hello@vira.direct with your session reference. The reference is enough: you do not need an account or a password.

8. Using the service

By using Vira Direct you agree to use it lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, and to provide payment details you are entitled to use.

9. Limitation of liability

Vira Direct is not liable for the condition, availability or operation of charging equipment run by third parties. Where a session fails to start or is interrupted by the equipment, the hold on your card is released and you are charged only for energy actually delivered.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Ciudad de México.
