We keep one piece of personal data about you: an email address. This explains why, and what we do with it.
Who is responsible
NetworkCore SAPI de CV, at Avenida Nuevo León 276, Piso 7, Col. Condesa, Del. Cuauhtémoc, 06170, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for processing your personal data.
What we collect
Your email address. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, phone number or address, and you do not create an account.
- Email address: to send you the receipt for your charge and to answer questions about it.
- Session data: charge point, energy delivered, amount and date. It is attached to the session, not to a profile of you.
Your card details
We never receive or store your card details. They go straight from your browser to our payment processor, which converts them into an identifier that we work with instead. Your full card number never reaches our servers.
Location
We only ask for your location if you tap “Near me”. It is used at that moment to centre the map, and it is not stored.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
- The charge point operator and the network hub that manages the session, so it can be started and settled.
- Our payment processor, to charge for the energy consumed.
- Our email provider, to deliver your receipt.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep records of your sessions for five years, the period Mexican tax and accounting rules require for this kind of record.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, or ask us to correct, delete or stop processing it, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@vira.direct. Because there are no accounts, your session reference is what lets us find your records.
Cookies
We use one technical cookie to remember the affiliate link you arrived through, so the session is attributed correctly. It holds no personal data and is not used to profile you.

We will publish any change to this notice on this page.
