Do I need to download an app?
Vira Direct works entirely in your phone or desktop browser.
Why do you hold an amount on my card?
To authorise the session we need to confirm your card has funds. It is a temporary hold, not a charge. When you finish we charge only the energy you used and release the difference.
Which cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, debit or credit.
How do I get my receipt?
We email it as soon as the session ends. If you need a tax invoice, you can request it from the receipt itself.
What if the charger does not work?
If the session never starts we release the hold immediately and you are not charged.
Who operates the chargers?
Each charger is run by its own operator, always named on the charge point page. Vira Direct lets you find and pay for them in one place.
